Friday Sketchers 55

On 6-5-09 I found
This card is for Friday Sketchers 55
I've had this background paper sitting over to the side of my work table for awhile. A couple of months back Tim Holtz came up with a new technique using alcohol inks and a can of air. My card buddy Linda is playing around with my alcohol inks right now so I got to thinking and reading around on some other gals blogs. They were talking about using a straw to blow through, sooo--I got out the glossy card stock and my dye reinkers and a straw. Wah Lah! You see the background I came up with. I think I'm being kind of like Picasso right now. He went through all kinds of color periods, I think I'm in purple. It keeps showing up in most of my choices. Unfortunately, I made this background before I started doing challenges so I don't remember the colors I used, but that's the beauty of creating, whatever color you choose is right. This card is very pleasing to my eye, I hope someone else gets pleasure from it also.

I really love the colors on this and the butterflies show up so well against the dye inks!
