Wonderful Mother

Simply elegant. These little spiral flowers are brought to you via a You Tube tutorial by Miss Calia Yang. They start out as 1", 1 1/2", 1 3/4" circles. Cut your circle into a spiral, then start twirling and glue at the bottom. There are several versions of how to do these flowers on You Tube. These were my first attempt, so they couldn't be easier. She shows you how to punch the leaves out of a circle also, pretty cool. I didn't bling mine up, just tipped edges of flower with a little bit of Honey ink, and the leaves with Old Olive. Stamped the pretty border stamp and the wonderful mother, batta bing, batta bang, you're done.

Supplies: Ivory Card Blank 4" X 5 1/2" Halcraft, Paper: Stampin Up-Summer Sun, Certainly Celery, Stamps: Stampin Up-Well Scripted, S*E*I-Juliette, Ink: Stampin Up-Old Olive, CTMH-Z2162 Honey, TomBow Multi Liquid Glue.
