About the time I was purchasing the Shadow Mists I used on a card earlier today, I was also researching other glimmer mists. A lot of companies have come out with lots of versions. Unfortunately, I did not write down the ladies name that I watched her YouTube video on using Winsor & Newton Iridescent Medium and dye reinkers to make your own glimmer mist. I sprayed the 3 roses before I started working on the card to give them time to dry and then when I was all finished I bit the bullet propped up my card in my spray box(so you don't get big blobs)gave it a couple of sprays over the whole thing. Wish you could see in the photo the sparkly shine of the whole thing. Just the right added touch to this card. I mixed CTMH Sorbet dye reinker with the Iridescent Medium. Just a note to the wise, after each use, take your spray lid off and wash it out until you can spray clear water through, otherwise the medium will dry in the sprayer and it won't spray. I found out the hard way you can't get lazy when you're experimenting.
