Gratitude

I've got several things going on with this card today. My friend Linda, The Funkie Junkie, uses this seam binding that she dyes herself to match what she's got going on. She was very generous to send me a beautiful card and a couple of samples so I could see in person and she tells on her blog how she dyes this and how she ties her bows. She's such a lovely talented and generous lady. Hop over to her place, you can learn a few tricks from her. She's the one who got me to pull out the old sewing machine and she was right, once you start sewing on your cards you can't seem to quit.
So, I've got the seam binding bow, some sewing with gold metallic thread, a couple of different die cuts, 3 if you count the plain circle, tucked under the ribbon is a border punch,  this beautiful paper, and last but not least the wonderful sentiment stamp.

Beautiful card, Beverly! Pumpkin Pie and Rich Razzleberry look great together! Thanks for using this sentiment, too - I had it in mind when I posted this challenge, but don't have this set yet. I sooo needed to turn that (un)common(-ly odd) day into something else, and a Thanksgiving was my hope... Thanks for joining the challenge (again!)
