- Studio L 3 GM02-A Visit to Ranger Ink.com!
The video for this technique at rangerink.com is very easy to achieve. I started my piece out with a piece of word paper that I had already crumbled and sprayed with some copper spray so that is why my images are not as bright as some others, but I wanted to experiment. I used an unmounted rubber stamp first, let that dry, inked it a little bit so I could see where it was then came back with a clear mount stamp on top of that and let that dry then inked it like crazy. Stamped the black word stamp and added the charm. I sprayed, inked, stamped, and sponged around a mask on the canvas, stamped the letters, copper metallic paste on chipboard hearts, glued the whole thing together with the multi-medium. That is great stuff.

Gorgeous canvas, Beverly! You did such a great job with the GM02 resist technique, and the overstamping and embellishments suit it perfectly. It's hard to believe this is your first canvas-- I'd have thought you'd been doing them for years!
