The Hands of Time

You get 2 photos of this card. It's called a Sliding Window or Pull Up Card. Quirky Crafts provided a video from Hero Arts by Jennifer McGuire. Jennifer does a lot of wonderful videos on YouTube. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail because I want you to click on the link to Quirky Crafts and check out the challenge and the video.
I happen to like to dabble in lots of different card folds. This one looks more complicated than it is. Come on, give it a try for something different. I bet the people on your card giving list will be amazed and pleased.
I heat embossed the black images to give them some tactile feel and added the little spinners and gears for some added interest. I also like the numbers I stamped around the edges, they go with the sentiment on the inside and a feeling of counting time.
2 Challenges:
Supplies: Tan Card Blank 4" X 5 1/2" Halcraft, Papers: SU-Ivory Naturals Card Stock, Not Quite Navy, Stamps: CTMH-D1257 Make It Count, Hampton Art-Cling Time Flies, MSE-Y526-Multi-Retro Alphabet, SU-Extreme Elements, Ink: SU-Not Quite Navy, Crumb Cake, Ranger Archival Ink-Jet Black, VersaMark, SU clear embossing powder, Tim Holtz Idea-ology-Spinners, Gears, Marvy-sm. circle punch, EK Success-1" circle punch, The Paper Studio-tiny heart brad, Offray-ribbon, Scor-Tape.

Thanks for visiting and viewing,
