Lone Star

Gingersnap Creations     GC 102: Spicy Supply Challenge

For some reason it has taken me a long time to come up with a card for this challenge, but when I did it came together in less than 10 minutes. This may be going into a submission packet.
Tim Holtz created this great barbed wire mask which I spritzed with Log Cabin Smooch, stamped the boot and cowboy in black, and mounted the lassoed TX with pop dots. I stamped it in black, colored with PrismaColor pencils, added the stamped sepia star to tie in with background, and lassoed it with hemp cord.
Now, to hop over to Gingersnaps and squeeze in at the last minute. I'm also working on scene stamping for their next challenge. I think I'll have that finished a little later this evening.

Supplies: Kraft Card Blank 4" X 5 1/2" Paper Reflections, Papers: SU-Naturals Ivory card stock, Stamps: Dead Beat Designs, Stampabilities, CTMH, Ink: Ranger Archival Ink-Jet Black, Sepia, SU-Log Cabin Smooch Spritz, Tim Holtz Ideaology mask, SU-1" circle punch, hemp cord unknown, SU dimensionals.

Thanks for visiting and viewing,
Beverly G ♥

Great cards. I saw the other one as well. The one with the post and the mountains.
