Take A Word Zetti
I have just found these 2 challenges recently. They look like they're going to be a lot of fun to play at and as you can see, I had some fun today.
Texture and Layers, oh yes, Theme Thursday. It's amazing how a combination of thoughts can spark a creation.

I wasn't familiar with the word Zetti, so after trying to look it up in the dictionary, my word guru, who is also a crack researcher, found this link for me--Zettiology You really must click on this link and have a look around a very interesting site. A husband, wife team has created an art form and named it Zetti.
My piece is not a true Zetti, that's why I have named it "Zetti-esque" , but I think I have stayed in the realm.
I used a twinchie doll and parts that I got from Ten Two Studios, Lisa Vollrath is another very talented artist that I admire and since I'm trying to branch out my artist skills these are some people that I'm learning from.
I used my new Claudine Hellmuth products, gesso, and paints, a couple of Bo Bunny brads, Graphic 45 metal flowers, a Spare Part arrow, my PrismaColors, SU metallic pencils, distrees inks, a black Sharpie marker(I don't think I could get along without my Sharpie markers), and all of this now lives on a $1.00 wooden frame.
Let your imaginations soar and create!
Thanks for visiting and viewing,
Beverly G ♥

It will be very interesting to watch you branch out into more mixed-media works and see how fast the accolades start rolling in ;-)
