Gingersnap Creations GC105: Chestnut Theme Challenge-At The Mall
The month of June has been all about Shopping at Gingersnap Creations. I love pretty clothes and I've got a lot of shoes. They used to be pretty heels, but as I've aged I just try to stick with stylish flats.
I'm still sponging--I used 6 different distress inks on this tag. It turned out very soft. These are some tags I got in a package that already have the image on them, so with my sponging and then the sentiment that just fit on the right side, it made a nice start. I had this shoe stamp which I stamped on shrink plastic with black permanent ink then colored the back with a tan sharpie marker in case they turn around and yippee they shrank to just the right size for a hanging embellishment for this tag, which interestingly enough is my favorite shopping trip after art supplies.
Supplies: Designer Lady Tags-Am. Tag Co., Stamps: Hampton Art-Fashion/Style, SU-Timeless Treasures, Ink: Distress Inks-Vintage Photo, Dusty Concord, Peeled Paint, Age Mahogany, Bundled Sage, Victorian Velvet, Ranger Archival Ink-Jet Black, Tan Sharpie Marker, Darcie's Shrink Platic, gold silk cord, $ Store fibers.
