Birthday Flight

Tuesday Morning Sketches     TMS#110-sketch
Less Is More     Week 31-Colour-Metallic

The name of this stamp set is Plane and Simple so what better challenge for this to go with than Less is More and the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches worked perfect also.
It's been going around blogland lately to emboss the whole card front after you've put everything together. I don't know who originally came up with that idea, but whoever, thank you.
I used that technique for this card because I wanted just a little bit more subtle texture and that's what I got from an old Ellison diamond texture plate. For me it was a nice finishing touch to this card.

Supplies: White Card Blank 4" X 5 1/2" The Paper Studio, Papers: SU-Brushed Silver card stock, Stamp: SU-Plane and Simple, Ink: VersaMark, CTMH silver embossing powder, Coluzzle oval shape template, Sakura Gelly Roll Pen-silver, Ellison diamond texture plate.

Thanks for viewing and visiting,
 Beverly G ♥
