Studio L 3 GM26!-Tim's 12 Tags of Christmas, 2009, Day 7
DYSU Challenge Blog DYSUC #45-Inspired by Song
The song that inspired this tag is Oh, Christmas Tree, Oh, Christmas Tree. I've already started humming Christmas Carols.
This was a fun process to build this tag. Of course, Tim's tags always come out bold and special because he always has just the right stamps. I'm still pretty pleased with my results except for my gold image in the bottom left corner. It should have been more bold, but when you hold it in person it's pretty. I like my little white shrinky dink snowflake charm I made, it sets off the white flourishes.
Supplies: Manilla tag, Lucky Squirrel Poly Shrink, Stamps: Stampin Up-Season of Joy, Local King Rubber Stamp-Noteworthy, Ink: Ranger Distress Inks-Pine Needles, Bundled Sage, Aged Mahogany, Antique Linen, Soot, Wild Honey, Adirondack Lights Snow Cap Paint Dabber, Brilliance-Starlite Silver, VersaMark, Close To My Heart gold embossing powder, Stampin Up-1 1/2" circle punch, ribbon-Offray, gold cord unknown, Black Sharpie marker, 1/16" hole punch.
