Funky Journey

Frilly and Funkie Challenge Blog      Inspiration Photo Challenge

I have long been a fan of Linda Coughlin-The Funkie Junkie. She is one very talented lady and she has surrounded herself with a very talented Design Team for this challenge blog she has recently started.
This is my first time to play. I just loved the challenge photo and I chose to make my project into a funkie travel card.
I've got heat embossing, dry embossing, distressing(inking and ripping), a die cut, some brads, and sewing. My papers are from Stampin' Up and the stamps are from Clear Art Stamps, TPC Studio, and Whimsy Stamps Raindrop Echo Designs.
I think you've still got time to play, click on the link above and check out all the neat different takes on this one photo.

Happy Creating--

Hi Beverly, I'm just thrilled to have you joining in the fun with us at Frilly and Funkie! Thanks so much for your flattering words about my crafting and my new challenge blog. I must say I'm having a blast with it.

Your card is terrific. I always love travel-themed cards and you did a wonderful job using the inspiration colors and still managing to have a cool vintage travel feel to it. Great take on the challenge.

Thanks again for playing with us at F&F!
