Birthday Present Shape Card

It's been almost a month between posts again. General Living is really taking precedence around here since Mom's last stay in hospital.
But.....I'm going to persevere. I've been working on some Mini Albums, I made 3 YouTube videos, and I've almost got another Mini Album finished. It will be a YouTube video also.
I've decided to make my New Year's resolutions my Christmas resolutions this year--so for 2014 I've decided to use a lot of the wonderful supplies that I've had in my studio, oh I should just be honest, that I've been hoarding. Some of the things you'll be seeing on my projects will be new, but some will have been around for awhile. Such as this birthday paper you see on these cards. This is a Die Cuts With A View Birthday Stack I'm coming to the end of, but I liked the papers so much that I found another stack on my shelf. Consequently, you'll be seeing some more of this in 2014.
The Mini Album that I've almost finished is made with a 7 Gypies kit that a friend gifted me quite some time ago.
I have to give credit where credit is due. I found the general dimensions and a great YouTube tutorial by Karen Titus, .
My first birthday card of the year has to get to the recipient before Jan 1. I thought these were so cute and different, they will make a great start to 2014 for me and hopefully for the recipient.
As the year progresses I'll be sharing the projects that I get done and you will get to see me grow in my skills of videoing some of the projects if you watch my YouTube channel.
One of my all time goals is to always grow in my art skills so that kind of goes without saying.
I don't want to put down to much of a concrete list due to General Living concerns, but that will be a most important goal this year also and that will be to remain very, very flexible.
Thanks for visiting.
