The Bright Owl Zendala Dare #115

The Bright Owl     Zendala Dare #115

This is the template Erin has given us this week to create with. Since it is the beginning of the month she also adds a little extra challenge for us. Thanksgiving here in the US is the end of this month to complete the extra challenge we were to use tangles that spelled out the word Thanks.
Here is my Zendala that uses the tangles Trimonds, Hypnotic, Afterglo, Neit-lite, Kay-Tee, and Sparkle, or variations of.

After practicing the tangles that I just couldn't seem to get the hang of, I decided to just tangle the 3 1/2" X 3 1/2" square tile with some random tangles.

If you are somewhere in the world and have already celebrated Thanksgiving or are here in the US and are already planning how you will celebrate Thanksgiving this year like my husbands family is doing, I hope you have lots to be thankful for and will experience some happiness on that day. For that matter I hope you are all experiencing happiness every day.

Happy Creating-

Wow - both tiles are so beautiful!
The first one is my favourite - especially the outer circle.
I love it to learn a lot of new tangles!

Beverly, these are both so very beautiful, with so much detail!! I think I'd have to say that I favor the second one. But they are both beautiful. Your words were so thoughtful and meaningful that I just want to extend the good wishes to you and yours and happiness in your every day!! :0)See you next week

Both are beautiful. Thanks for your wishes; we in the Netherlands do not celebrate Thanksgiving (or something like that) but I do wish happiness to all people.

Amazing that you were able to fit every single letter in your zendala. Very nice pieces and wishing you and yours happiness as well :)
